I got inspired to do a musical painting by a commission that I was asked to do around Christmastime.  I couldn't decide which instrument I wanted to feature, so I went with 4 of my favorites.  This painting is at Le Jardin on Royal Street in New Orleans waiting for just the right Jazz enthusiast to come along.

This is my second painting for the "30 Paintings in 30 Days challenge".  We went to New Orleans at the beginning of August to celebrate anniversary # 36.  Lately we go check out Fritzel's every time we go down there.  Great place and really great music!
